Snowman Laundry.

Good morning everyone!! And happy Tuesday.. is it really only Tuesday??!!?? LOL  o.0  So, I've been thinking over the past few days about trying to put my cards online to sell. I figure I will give my family the website with the hope that they will pass it on LOL  I have no idea how to do this or if it will work. I'm going to start a shop at Zibbet I think. So, if you have any advice at all.. please share!! LOL

Keep posting the cards I managed to get done ;)  Here is my next share...

This is an image from The Stamping Boutique. I absolutely LOVE their laundry line images LOL They are too cute! I want them all! I made the image quite large, so it's a pretty simple card. I used papers from My Minds Eye - Winter Wonderland. I thought those little snowmen were just perfect LOL I colored up the image with my Prismacolor pencils... you will notice that a LOT of these cards coming up are colored with my Prismacolor pencils. I have had these printed out for ages on art paper and I finally got around to coloring them all up with my pencils. And it was so fun.. I love my Prismacolor pencils and my Gamsol! Of course I did a bit of decoupage LOL  I popped the sticks holding the line, the front of the scarf, .. Okay.. I popped everything except for the back of the scarf LOL!  I also added three snowflake eyelets .. yep.. that's what I said! Eyelets!! Remember those?? LOL  And the snow was with my Snow Marker by Marvvy. I LOVE that thing so much!! You put it on, heat it up and poof! You have awesome snow or hat puffy-ness! Really great! So thats it. I added the snow at the bottom and the little bit in the middle.

Okay everyone.. don't forget to go over to Open-Minded Crafting Fun and apply for that Design Team!!!  Go now!! Hurry!! ;)  Yes.. I will be reminding you every day!!

Top Tip Tuesday: I found that when I color with Copic markers, it looks better if I use chalk for the blushing of cheeks and such. It looks much softer and blends more.

Great image Susan...I'm just hoping that having the washing out on a sunny day doesn't mean that the snowman's melted! :o( That would be terrible.

You should take a look at Weebly as it's very easy to create your own site on there and it's free! You can pay to upgrade but you don't really need to as it's only got a few extras. You can have a gallery of all your cards on there to show people what you're capable of as well as a shop with Paypal. It's so easy to set up and get going and would be perfect. You can even do the background and everything how you want. The Scribble and Scrap shop is on Weebly. Good luck with that.

Thank you for joining us over at the Scribble and Scrap Challenge. Good luck.

Hi Susan, thanks for visiting my blog and for your lovely comments - they made my day! I really love your card - the image is adorable and love your decoupage (one of my favourite things to do with cards). Love all the snow too and the eyelets look fantastic. I have eyelets in my stash which I have totally forgotten about - I shall HAVE to dig them out because I love what you have done with them.

Ha! You tricked me. I was coming over to say hi and thank one Susan Martin for popping over and joining my blog and look its you, Susan Kennedy! I am so pleased that you have decided to become a follower. Vicky wasn't kidding, your creations are just beautiful and it is high time I got my butt over here. After scanning everything on this page I'd have to say that this particular one is my favourite of the bunch. There is just something about it that pulls me in. And seriously, there is such a thing as a snow marker? How cool. Your colouring is superb and I could definitely learn from you. I can also see why I see your name as a winner over at PP so often.

Best of luck with the new challenge blog, I'm rooting for you guys!

Regards,
Lisa D.
