ArtbyMiran - You Are A Star!!.

Today is my post at Art by Miran and here is my card:

I love this little girl with the puff dress! I colored her up with my Copic markers. I popped her front leg, the bottom puffy part of the dress, her front arm and the white on her jacket, the bow on her dress and the flower on her head. I added some pink and red pearls and the fun heart ribbon and added the charm to it as well. I inked around the edge of the Spellbinders die that I used. The papers are Bo Bunny Head Over Heels. I created the sentiment and colored the Star with my copic and also used them to add the cots on the outer edge. I also used some bubblegum stickles on her puffy part of her dress.

Merry Christmas Eve and a Christmas Card.

Hi everyone!!!  And I wish you all a very Merry Christmas Eve :)  I'm posting another Star In My Pocket card :) I love this image too!!! You should hop over to Open-Minded Crafting Fun Challenge Blog... we are spotlighting our very first Design Team! and there is a special Christmas Eve story today LOL  Okay.. its a bit goofy, but it's the best I could do LOL!!!

Isn't she just way cute!!!  I colored her up with Copic. The papers were some of my favorite for this year :)  They are scraps from other cards this year and the papers are Bo Bunny's Elf Magic. I added some glittery leaves cut from some items that I bought I last year and the poinsettia. I cut the circles with my dies. I decoupaged  around her head and the candy cane. Winter Fun with Bo Bunny and Meljen's.

Good morning everyone! Happy Tuesday!!  I spent the majority of my day yesterday working out a problem.. so, I feel like I really didn't anything done! But today is another day and hopefully I will get more done LOL!

Yes, you have seen a theme LOL A lot of Christmas and a lot of Meljens!! hehehe  I love them both ;)  So here is another one with an adorable little Christmas fairy from Meljen's.

The papers are all Bo Bunny as well as the chipboard pieces. This came in a pack. The Meljen's image is Cocoa Christmas Fairy. This is another one all colored up with the Prismacolor and Gamsol. I love to use the Gamsol or Mineral Spirits. I love that it smooths out the pencil. I just love the look it give it. I've worked out adding more pencil/less pencil to get it to look how I want it to look. I layered her a little and I used my handy dandy Marrvy Snow Marker for around her coat at the bottom and her hat. I love the way the Snow Marker looks :)  And I love the dimension. I added a little bit of Copic White Opaque to the berries, her eyes. I stitched around the card and I think that is it besides the added Bo Bunny Chipboard Pieces.

O' Christmas Tree.

Happy Monday everyone! Another Monday... Oh how the weekend just flies by!! Back to work.. already looking forward to Thursday LOL!!  I feel really good about the weekend though... I was able to get the store front all set up and I even got some coloring done. I need to finish up my coloring and get some cards made now, but its a start ;)  Here is another card from my stack that I was working on coloring up:

I used a sketch from The Sweetest Thing, but I didn't get this posted in time to join in. It was a great sketch for this card though. The papers are from Bo Bunny. The Christmas tree is from Meljen's Designs - Christmas Tree. I had fun coloring this one up with my Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol. The ribbon is from my stash.. I've probably had that ribbon about 3 years LOL!!! I added some stickles to the star and the silver balls. I also added some Diamond Glaze to the lights and the silver balls. I used 3D paint, gold for the beads around the tree. Such a fun image! I decoupaged each layer of the tree. I layed down the upper part of each level and then popped the bottom part. I think it really gave it a great look. I tried to get some photos that would show it. I popped a couple of the front gifts as well.

November DT Day At Meljen's Designs.

Good morning!! Today is my DT Day at Meljen's Designs!! :) I love using Meljen's Images!!  Today I used Holly Christmas Fairy for this card. My inspiration to start making Christmas Cards!!!  So here it is:

I layered the image.. the scarf, holly... I colored everything with my Prismacolor Pencils and my Gamsol! :)  I used two twine.. red and white and green and white over the thick ribbon. I added the Cheery Lynn dies with holly.. I added the button. The papers are Bo Bunny Elf Magic. I disressed some of the edges. I used my favorite Marvvy Snow Marker on her hat around the rim, the ball and the bottom of the dress. I added the little doily. :)  I hope it inspires you to work on Christmas! Meljen's has TONS of GREAT! images just waiting :) The sentiment, Holiday Cheer is from Paper Smooches.

Challenge #76 at Tammy's Scrapin Corner

Happy Monday everyone! Here we go with another week. I got a lot done last week at work, so I'm hoping this week will be another productive week. I've had a hard time getting creative, but I was working on it this past weekend. I'm hoping to continue!

So, here is our challenge this week at Tammy's Scrapin Corner! We are on Challenge #76 and the theme this week is to use an Image Containing Food! Here is my card for this challenge:

The image is digi14708 Birthday Fish from Eureka Stamps. I used Copic to color the image. I added Stickles and Liquid Pearls. I used Copic Opaque White as well. I decoupaged the image of course. I used papers from a Bo Bunny Surprise! Collection 6x6 pad and a DCWV Mat Stack cardstock. The stamp Under the Sea by My Thoughts Exactly. After I colored up the fish I used the Colorless Blender to add some texture to the fish.

Show Me Your Birthday Cards! @ MelJens Designs

Happy Thursday everyone!! Tomorrow, Kevin and I head into Atlanta for his Biometrics appointment. I believe it is going in to get his fingerprints and photos. I believe that is all, but I'm not 100% sure. So, today is my last day of work this week Woot!! And we are on our way with the Immigration appointments! This one is our first and hopefully everything will go quickly and smoothly.

Okay... on to our challenge this week at Meljens Designs! This week is Challenge #154: Happy Birthday.

I used Meljen Designs - Birthday Cake Mouse --- How adorable is he!! I had fun coloring this image and I popped the top of the cake and the bottom frosting ring. I colored everything with Copic. I used some stickles - blue, green, purple and crystal. I also used some puff paint for some detailing. I used a small piece of blue lace and the papers are from Bo Bunny. I used two stamps - Happy Birthday on the front is from Jaded Blossom (Make A Wish) and the inside is from Creative Vision (Sassy Happy Birthday II). I also added some stitching on the front.

Its been a week!! I hope you all have had a good week!! Monday I had to work in a different building and away from my desk. It really is hard working away from your stuff! And the CIO kept me there late.. gotta love that on a Monday LOL  That's alright! At least it was over. Tuesday I spent catching up on everything that was left on my desk from Monday. It was a productive day, but I haven't been able to get much crafting done and that stinks! And then Wednesday -- I spent the day working and working some more... Oh! and working more!! LOL And then I got down to coloring and then it was time for bed. Oh how there are not enough hours in the day for me to play!! LOL I hope you all have a wonderful Thursday!!!!
