Meljen's Freebie.

Good morning everyone!!  Today begins a new challenge at Meljen's Designs and this week you can grab this a wonderful limited time freebie at Meljen's Designs Digital Stamp Shop. Here is my creation:

I'm so behind... I didn't get to properly finish this one. I need to complete the inside and add a sentiment... I may even add some brads LOL  I don't know.. just couldn't completely finish. I feel like I'm chasing my own tail for the last two weeks LOL Hopefully this weekend I can get back ahead. Too much going on. Like today... on our way this morning to Immigration. So much running around lately. My Saturdays have been full and the weekend is usually when I get my stuff finished. Oh well.. Here is to a productive weekend!! LOL  Come on rain!!! LOL

So, I used the freebie and colored this image with my Copic markers. I decoupaged the image. The die is a Spellbinders die. The papers are My Mind's Eye - Happy Day. I added the twine and who knows what else I will add :P

Sweet Wee Girl with Kitten.

Hi everyone!! I've been working all weekend to get the Zibbet shop all set up. I finally got most of everything in there:  Sentimental Susan @ Zibbet  I still have a little bit of clean up to do, but at least most everything is loaded for now. Might be able to get more done tomorrow. I love that Zibbet gives you the ability to break out everything into sections. That was a huge selling point for me at Zibbet! Now I just need to get the website out there, do my little tweaking and then add as I go! So, we'll see what happens :)

I'm also throwing another reminder out there.. there is  about 10 days left on the DT Call over at Open-Minded Crafting Fun Challenges. I can't believe the applicants.. amazing!! I'm not sure how we will choose!! And all the wonderful sponsor spotlights going on.. you don't want to miss it!! It's been fun!

On to a card now. Here is another of my ones that I colored up with my Prismacolor Pencils. This is another Wee Stamp! I LOVE Wee Stamps! And.. another Christmas card :)  So, I've had these printed up for at least a year LOL and they have been waiting for me to color. I'm really glad I got them all colored up!!

Love this stamp :)  The Merry Christmas is a Paper Smooches stamp. Everything was colored with the Prismacolor Pencils. I added a little bit of Copic Opaque White around on the berries. I popped some of the pieces.. the berries, the kittens feet, the scarf piece around her neck and the top of the boots .. Oh .. and her earmuff :)  Really loved these papers too!! They are Winter Wonderland by My Mind's Eye. I used a Spellbinders die on the red patterned paper behind the girl and I inked the edge black. And that's it. I didn't add anything else to it. I really wanted the image to stand out on this card.

Tag, You're It At Meljen's Designs

Happy Thursday! It has been a really busy, overwhelming week or three LOL The good news is that I will finally get to apply for a new job soon. It is the job that I have been doing for the past 2 years along with my regular job. I'll be happy when I can apply and get the job. It will be nice to not be doing two jobs! I'll just keep my fingers crossed that it happens soon.

It has been rainy, rainy and wait... some more rain! for our weather... which means we really haven't done anything. It's just too wet and humid! Yuck! Alright... I'm off to work soon!! Enjoy the rest of your week!!

This is challenge #168 at Meljens Designs and for this challenge we have Tag, You're It! So, make a tag or include a tag on your project. I added a tag to my card and here is what I came up with:

I used North Pole Critters for this image. I colored the image with Copic. I used a Snow Marker for the snow piles. I added stitching around the outside with gold thread. I added Diamond Glaze on the ball at the top of the pole. I stamped the Season's Greetings from a Paper Smooches Stamp Set and used embossing powder on it. I used an edge punch to cut the edge of the red paper layered on the top and on the inside. On the outside I added gems to the edge of the punch.All of the papers were My Mind's Eye. The ribbon is from my stash.

Anything Goes at Tammy's Scrapin Corner

Happy Monday everyone!! Here we go... another week. I guess you can see I have been messing with the blog LOL I don't know.. just wanted to change it up. Still not sure if I'm crazy about the heading and the bars, but we'll see. I may try to come up with something different. I may even change it up for the holidays! LOL

It seems like it will be a whopper of a week for all of you north of me! I'm praying for you all in the New England area. I really hope there isn't much damage. I'm hoping that it won't be as bad as they are making sound!! I'm thinking of all of you!
