Challenge #146 One Stitch At A Time

Happy Sunday everyone :) It was a busy week at work last week. I have enjoyed the weekend. Kevin is getting better from being sick. I was able to go over to the house and line the cabinets this weekend. I have brought boxes home from work. Hmmmm... what else LOL It's been great having the kids back at school and us getting back to a routine.

And this week we have a new challenge at One Stitch At A Time!! We are on Challenge #146 with a theme of Anything Goes! This is always a favorite! :) I used a Stitchy Design for this challenge... The Snowsuit. I love them! And here is the card:

The paper is all white cardstock - two different white cardstock. On the puff on top of the hat I used Martha Stewart Crystal Tinsel Glitter. I also used some Polar White Flower Soft on the Snow. I chalked on the edge of the snow piles and around the sentiment with light blue. The sentiment I created. And I colored with Copic and added some dimension.

Challenges:
Yesterday we spent the day over at the house we are going to be renting. We were lining cabinets in the kitchen and cleaning up. We also brought a bunch of stuff over. We almost have the garage here at the apartments emptied out. I am sore all over.. my back, my feet LOL Today, we will go to church and then bring another load over. We have four weeks and she is letting us move things over, so we will get as much moved as we can. The Saturday we are moving we should have minimal stuff to move and the movers can move the furniture.

I hope you all have a fantastic rest of your weekend!!

Copic: I rushed to get this done today and failed to write down my colors. Sorry everyone!

Some of the paper was scrap paper. The purple patterned paper was Graphic 45 Happy Haunting Collection, the other paper was Canvas Corp - Spooky Diamonds on Ivory and Spooky Words on White. The bats and the Spider Webs are from Personalized by You - Bats Metal Accents and Jeweled Halloween Spiderwebs. The "Boo" was cut from the Spooky Words paper. I popped the cat a bit for dimension.. hopefully you can make out some of it. I popped the front and back arm/legs on this side of the broom. I popped the broom a couple of times. The head is popped a couple of times as well and the hat once.. the buckle on the hat one extra.

Challenges:
I hope you all have a wonderful day/evening!! I stayed up way too late last night LOL I don't feel too bad this morning though. I watched Bathurst online last night while Kevin watched on the tv. His favorite race... Now we just need to make sure we can get it over here somehow next year. Hopefully  the online feed will be there again. It was a really good feed! And live too! It was only half over when I finally crawled off to bed though LOL

I need to wake the kids up soon for church. We will go to church this morning and then home. I'm behind on my Thankful list.. I may have to make that a weekly list until I'm less busy at work. So much of my time is trying to get caught up each week.

Alright.. enough rambling :)
