Today I'm sharing a Whiff of Joy project with you.
This is little Thinking of You Maya from the Whiff of Joy Shop. I decided to take this cute little image and make it a Christmas card. So, she is writing a letter to Santa :) I thought it worked! I colored her with my Copic Markers. I did a little bit of decoupage... the kitties head, her head and arms and the envelope. I cut her out with a stamp edge die from My Favorite Things. I cut the stamps shaped card using the Cameo Silhouette. I distressed the edge of the red paper and recycled a soda can tab. I took the tab and coated it with gold UTEE and then added the twine through it. I added the small green and red dew drops, the flower and center gems. Lastly, I made the sentiment on the pc and added that. Everything used for this card is over 6 months old.. that would be the dew drops... I think everything else is WAY OLDER! And all of the papers are scraps from last years Christmas papers! I love using old and recycled stuff! Thanks for looking!
