Here is my ATC:
This is Halloween Mouse On A Broom from Gerda Steiner. I created the sky background and the moon and popped this adorable little witchy mouse on top of the moon. I colored the image with Copic Markers and only popped the arm, foot and robe on this side of the broom. I added some wink of Stella gold to the stars and buckle and clear to the robe.
