Whiff of Joy Birthday.

Good morning! It is Friday!! And Halloween too!! LOL  I hope you all had a great week! I had a plethora of Dr. Appointments on Wednesday... hate that! LOL  But they are finished. Then it was back to work. One more day to go! I couldn't be happier it is the weekend! Have a great rest of your day today!!  And I hope your weekend is wonderful!!

Today is the final day of October.. Happy Halloween!!  And today I'm sharing another make for the Whiff of Joy team.









This is a little birthday card using Henry with Accordian which you can find in the digi section of Whiff of Joy shop. I have used my Copic Markers to color this image. I did a bit of decoupage on him. I stitched around the edge, distressed the edge as well. The edge of the papers under the image is from a My Favorite Thing edge die cut. I layered it with the black, red and white. I added the twine and black pearls. The musical paper I actually took out of one of my youngest daughters viola books that she isn't using any longer LOL  Recycled!I have a whole book now too! Love that!

Christmas with Cuddly Buddly.

Good morning!

Today I'm sharing another card created with a Cuddly Buddly image:








For this card I used Eline Pellinkhof - Christmas Toddlers - Baby which you can find at the Cuddly Buddly Digital Shop! I colored the image with my Copic markers. I did a bit of decoupage to the image. I added the ribbon and blue gems. All of the papers are scraps from last years Christmas papers. I inked around the edge of each white paper with the blue ink and I added a bit of stitching.

October DT Day with Meljen's Designs.

Good morning Everyone!! Today I am having a day off.. to stress about my day off tomorrow filled with Dr. Appointments LOL  Just the yearly stuff, but still!! I hate it!!!  So... I'm going to try to enjoy today!!! Hope you all have a great one!!

Today is my DT Day at Meljen's Designs for October. I decided to go with a fall inspiration today. Here is what I have come up with:









I have used Acorn Mouse which you can find at the Meljen's Shop. I have decoupaged all of the nuts. They are all rounded a bit and layered. The card cut was from a silhouette cut.. I layered with some scrap fall papers that I had. I added the gems at the top, the pearls at the bottom and the ribbon across. I stamped the outside with the 'Happy Fall' and then the "...from one nut to another!" on the inside.

Birthday Runner.

Good morning! And a very happy Sunday to you all. I can't believe it is Sunday already!!  That is just crazy! And next week I have doctor appointments, so I'm out on Tuesday and Wednesday. I'm trying to get them all done at once LOL!!  Just that time of year.. I hate it!! o.O I hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend!

I'm sharing a card I created for a friend at work. She was going to visit a friend for her birthday. Her friend is a runner, so this is what I came up with for her:







I used an image from Stephanie Corfee Illustrations. And this little jogger wasn't actually listed for sale, so I sent her a message and she got it up for me!! So, Thank you Stephanie!! :)  I colored her up with my Copic Markers. I used really old old papers.. I think I have had these papers for at least 18 years LOL  My daughter is 20 and I've had them since I started.. so could be 20 years!! o.O  Old papers!  I have a LOT of old papers though... I tend to collect papers.. LOL I love paper!  I added some stitching around the edge. The rectangles are all Spellbinders dies. I added smaller gems on the sentiment and a bit larger at the bottom. And then I added the small corner of ribbon/bow. No decoupage on this image!!

Halloween with Delicious Doodles.

Good morning! Kevin and I stopped and had Arby's last night for dinner because we were out running errands. We BOTH ended up sick too!! I think maybe it gave us food poisoning... I was up at 2 am sick... still have a huge headache. Not how I wanted to start the weekend o.O

So, today we are having our Halloween challenge at Delicious Doodles. I've used several different images to create a step card. And Teri adds so much detail to her images, that I really didn't add much color at all. Her images are already amazing!!  Here is what I've come up with:







So, as you can see, I've created a step card for this challenge. I used The Graveyard for the center of the step card. I've used my Prismacolor Pencils to add just a little bit of color on this image. I used some grays for the sky and shadows and green for the grass and that's it! I also popped the front two tombstones on that image. On the sides of the step card, I have used tombstones from Tombstone Collection. Happy Halloween is stamped at the top and that stamp is from My Craft Spot. I took my finger over the wet ink and tried to drag some of it up an down to make it a bit more creepier. Not sure if that really came across like I wanted it to LOL!!

Trick or Treat at Meljen's Designs!.

Good morning! And a very Happy Thursday to you! I'm really ready for the week to be over! I have been coloring a bunch of images.. I'm hoping this weekend to get them on something! LOL  Then I'll be good!  I hope you all are having a crafty fun week!!

Today we are on Challenge #233 - Trick or Treat (Halloween) at the Meljen's Designs Challenge Blog! I LOVE Halloween cards and I LOVE using Meljen's Designs images to create them!! She has some of the best Halloween images! They are so fun!  For this card I went with a kitty theme LOL!!









I used quite a few images for this card.. sticking with my Kitty Halloween theme. So, first is the sentiment stamp. That is a new stamp set from My Craft Spot. They had an amazing new release recently with some amazing stamps and dies! I stamped that with white on the dark purple. The image at the bottom is Mini Boo Ghosts. I decoupaged the stars spelling out Boo. I also added the green gems at the top. The next image is Fish or Treat Cat. I decoupaged the ghost part of him and the front fish. The swirls in the middle are from a Memory Box die that was cut a bit. I also added the black pearls. There are also four die cuts, a cauldron, ghost, tombstone and pumpkin which are Die-namics from My Favorite Things. The Trick or Treat Stamp is also from My Craft Spot and then the two additional images on the inside are Nibbles The Zombie Cat and Mummy Kitty. For Nibbles I decoupaged his body and those legs that are more to the front and then I popped his head one more level. For the Mummy Cat, I popped up his body. For the final panel I have the Cutie Corner Spider with the spider body popped and then Franken Kitty and his front legs and body are popped and then his head is also popped. I love these tri-shutter cards! I always seem to make one for Meljen's at Halloween!! LOL  All of the papers are scraps from last years Halloween papers.I did add chalk to those four small die cuts as well. And all of these images were colored using my Copic Markers! And you can find ALL of these fantastic images at the Meljen's Designs Shop!
