Challenge #66 at Tammy's Scrapin Corner

Good morning! And another Monday! I'll be off to work soon. I love the weekends, but they sure go by so quickly!!

This week at Tammy's Scrapin Corner we are all about the guys! Our theme for Challenge #66 is Masculine Card/Father's Day. I love making guy cards!! Here is my card for this challenge:

What a fun card to make. I love Joy Fold Cards! They are definitely one of my favorites! The image is from SK digis - Ugly Bug. I love him!! I colored him with Copic and added some stickles to his wings. I used Crystal and Dark Blue Stickles. I popped the image.. his body and his little fat nose hehehe. I used a Spellbinders die and I added a brad on each corner. Those brads matched perfectly I though. I created the Sentiment on the front and inside. I added three gems as my dots for the sentiment portion on the front. I also added a bit of twine. I inked the die cut with Black Colorbox Ink. I inked all of the pieces of the sentiment as well. On the inside I did a couple of sprays with Opaque White Mister Huey's Color Mists.All of the papers were from Club Scrap. Every time I pull out those papers it reminds me how much I love their uniqueness and the quality is amazing!! The last thing I added was three small pearls at the bottom of the sentiment portion on the inside. I believe that is it! It was a really fun card to make :) I love SK digis images ... be sure to check them out!
