Whiff of Joy - Sick Henry.

Good morning everyone!! I saw this awesome creation on Open-Minded Crafting Fun and I thought.. Hmmm... I'm going to try to do something like that!!! It was a card that had a small box that you could fit some tea bags in... sort of a get well package. I started out with Sick Henry - Whiff of Joy. I thought he was the perfect stamp for a get well project!! He was stamped twice and I popped his cute little feet and the thermometer.. which I also added Diamond Glaze to. Here is what I came up with:

The papers I used are a very old paper. Probably no less than 15 years old LOL!! It is from Kaleidoscope. I took a pack of playing cards, tore apart that box and used that as a template to make my own box out of the paper that I wanted. I used dies from My Favorite Thing and Spellbinders. I added some ribbon, twine pearls and buttons as my embellishments. I colored him with my Copic Markers. The sentiments were typed up on the computer and I think that is about it! I don't think it turned out too bad :) It was a lot of trial and error LOL

Copic Markers:
  • Blanket: B01, B12, B14
  • Thermometer: R24, R29
  • Tail, Ears, Nose, Cheeks, Paws: R00, R20, R21, R22
  • Mouse: W00, W0, W1, W3, W5
